Shipping Info

STANDARD DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domenris uses a variety of preferred delivery services. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

A signature, physical or electronic, will be required when your order is delivered. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order and sign for it.

If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when finalising your purchase as you are checking out.

All packages are shipped by cooperative shipping companies FedEX/DHL/EMS/USPS.

Please note that we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of shipment due to acts of God, natural calamity, bad weather conditions, incomplete addresses, wrong contact information, close house and/ or no one to receive. We can however assist you in following up on your package with the courier should these conditions occur.

TRACKING

Tracking information is encoded from the time your package reaches Domenris warehouse. This may take up to 24 hours from the date of ship out.

Domenris offers free standard delivery on all orders.

DELIVERY TIME

WITHIN UK: 7-10 business days

INTERNATIONALITY: 8-14 business days

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Domenris has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number.

DELIVERY AND PARCEL ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Our appointed courier partner will deliver your parcel to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase. All parcels are dispatched in a courier fly bag. Customers are required to inspect the parcel carefully prior to accepting delivery. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of each order. Each parcel is checked, verified, and securely sealed prior to leaving our fulfilment facilities.

If, upon delivery, the parcel appears to be tampered with and/or damaged, you are strongly advised to open the parcel in the presence of the courier driver. Should the contents not correspond with your order, you must refuse delivery and immediately return the parcel to the courier driver. By accepting delivery of the parcel, you confirm that you accept the parcel in its delivered condition.

Any discrepancies, shortages, or concerns regarding missing or incorrect contents must be reported to us in writing within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery of the parcel. Claims received after this period will not be accepted, and the contents of the parcel will be deemed to have been received in full and in good order.

Risk Transfer: Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the parcel. From that moment onward, the customer assumes full responsibility for the goods, and the company shall not be liable for any loss, damage and/or shortages occurring thereafter.
